Just curious… does anyone on here have a physical job??
I work as a physical therapist assistant at a skilled nursing facility and am running around all day, lifting patients, climbing the stairs probably about 20x a day, and only sit down to document and quickly shove food in my face :)

I'm not a physiotherapist, although I always wanted to be one, but I also want to help people rehabilitate after injuries or help them start training without harm to their health. I recently started an online training program at The National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a certified personal trainer with a focus on rehabilitation and sports injury prevention. Even though I'm only in the middle of my course, I decided to start preparing for the NASM-CPT practice test early (at least to better understand what I should be prepared for). I found a complete description of this exam and all the necessary information to prepare for it for free.
