I found a backhoe for sale that I have been using but it has a couple issues that I am not sure about, the outriggers on the machine don’t retract completely. They function/ work just fine but don’t retract completely. The up and down movement is fine it’s just the retraction that is the issue, the one on the left did not retract at all, and the right one doesn’t for 4 inches. Only three hundred hours on the machine and both outriggers are having this issue? I don’t understand what is going on if there’s a leak in the cylinder ram or what can anyone help me out a bit?
