I used to fear the idea of eating foreign foods native to some countries that used primitive methods, when compared to my ideal of living, to prepare thier foods but now I understand that its not a terrible thing to eat they skin of the banna along with the actual meat of it considering some stew them green and eat them raw. I have had much problems even eating it with salt fish. I am mostly accustomed to eating this with ache but even that truns my stomach. Thier are many combinations to a diet that would make you less fattened by the sugars hidden in most of the best fruits on the grocers shelf. Winn Dixie was one of the stores that knew. I used to love Winn Dixie. Hi Lo a super market in Jamaica was also like this providing food in its natural state. You could afford it then even though the prices were competative. They really meant nothing. Eating to the last part of the meal is what mattered.
